If you are feeling low or anxious or at a loss; if you are struggling with relationships or other aspects of life and would like to make sense of what is affecting you; if you feel like you don't know what is wrong and you would like someone to talk to, therapy is a safe and confidential way for you to voice and understand your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
About me
I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist in central Bristol. I offer either once or twice weekly therapy sessions in a private and peaceful ground floor consulting room, which is easily accessible.
My clinical experience includes working with life-affecting and intrusive moods and states - including anxiety, depression and low self-esteem - and with issues and concerns around relationships and family, questions about identity, and life challenges. I have experience working as a psychotherapist for the NHS.
If you would like to know more about the therapy I provide and about how therapy could work for you, you are welcome to contact me. We would usually have two initial consultations to find out whether the therapy will be right for you, before beginning ongoing sessions.
I am a Member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling and a Clinical Associate of the Severnside Institute for Psychotherapy.
I am BPC registered.

Fees
Each consultation and therapy session is £70.
